Step 1: Choose Your Company Name
The CRO cannot register two companies with the same or very similar names. So its important to be sure before sending documents to the CRO that your proposed name will be accepted in order to avoid unnecessary delay.
When your form comes into us we’ll recheck the name and contact you if an alternative is necessary.
Step 2: Complete Our Company Order Form
Just fill in our Questionnaire/Order Form and we will complete your Incorporation documentation on your behalf.
Step 3: Pay via PayPal
Now make your secure online payment €350 to set up Your New Company. If you wish you can also pay by cheque (made payable to ‘MyNewCompany’) posted with your signed Forms.
Note: please make sure you have completed steps 1 & 2 before making your payment.
Step 4: Post Your Signed Forms
Most importantly, we need your signature on a printed version of the form, please post this form back to us…
Get a Business Name
If you don’t want to set up a Company just yet or your heart is set on a certain Company Name but it has already been taken then just apply for a Business Name (also called Trading Name). Whilst other websites and formations units charge around €100 for that service, we charge €70 including all fees & taxes.
